How can you help?
It’s hard to know what to do when you know, or suspect – that a friend, team-mate or family member is living with violence.
You may ask yourself “how do I know what is the right thing to do?” or “should I say something or mind my own business?”
The sooner you reach out to someone living with family violence the sooner they can get help.
What you do and say can make a difference.
The only wrong thing that you can do, is to do nothing.
How to help people who are violent
